Green-Box offers one year warranty from defects in material and workmanship.
Items that are physically damaged, misused, tempered with or altered are void of warranty. Green-Box is not responsible for items damaged in transit.
New items (excludes GameSwitch) found with defect/s are exchanged at no cost if returned within three months (shipped by air) or four months (shipped by sea) from invoice date, depend on stock availability. In the event stock unavailable, an equivalent substitute shall be rendered. All freight will be paid by Green-Box.
New defective GameSwitches are to be returned within 45 days from invoice date for replacement with same warranty terms stated above. Repair service is not offered for this item.
LCD panels are allowed to be exchanged for claims with over (includes) 5 bright dots.
Green-Box repairs for defective equipments if notified within one year from invoice date at buyer¡¦s expense, provided that the equipment is not physically damaged, misused, tempered with or altered. For more information for repair items, please refer to RMA policy.
In case of returned product has no apparent faults tested from Green-Box, applicant is requested to pay a testing fee of NTD$100~NTD$2,000 and responsible for all freight charges.
Freight is equally shared between buyer and Green-Box.
Repairs are warranted for 90 days from the day of shipment.
Proof of sale maybe required in order to claim warranty.
